  15. Dear Jen and Adrian – I’m Susie’s Irish friend and I have been following her updates on little Matthew’s progress and battles over the last few months. I’m so sorry to hear that he has lost the final battle and that you will now have the very difficult task of adjusting back to life without him, after he has so very clearly become the central focus of such vast amounts of love. There’s nothing anyone can say or do that will make it any easier for you to be parted from him, but I will be praying that you will have some comfort in the days and weeks ahead, and from having family around for the next couple of days. God bless you for all you did for your valiant little son, and may He bring you His comfort, as a Father who also mourned his Son’s death.
    love, Karen
